After 3 days of hard Taekwon-do training, I reflect on the following things:
#1-When your brain is sending you messages that you are physically tired, you actually have 40% more in your physical tank (US Navy SEALS 40% rule)
#2-By performing hard physical training, you learn much about yourself. Training always exposes your strengths and weaknesses. Generally, your mind is the thing to work on most.
#3-Performing hard training with others makes you feel a strong sense of community. The sharing of fatigue, hard work, achievement, and support builds up the entire group.
#4-You are never done learning. The moment you feel that you know enough is the moment you become obsolete. Always maintain an open mind and remain willing to learn new information.
I'm here to help. If you're interested in coaching for fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle, give me a shout!
